| (1) Application for donation |
| sort out items to donate and call us at 1577-1113 or visit our homepage to apply for donation. |

| (2) Collection of items |
| pass your items to our members on a visit, send them via our free pickup service, or pay a visit to your nearest The Beautiful Store shop or our Donation Bank. |

| (3) Classification, repair and price-setting |
| donated items are sold at the Beautiful Store shops or our flea market events held by the Beautiful Store. |

| (4) Profit-sharing Program |
| profits generated from the sales of donated items are used to support our neighbors in need on a regular basis, on a special occasion, in an emergency or under a certain theme. |
